Bio: | For the past 15 years Lloyd Goldstein has provided music for patients, families and visitors with The Arts In Medicine Program at The Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida. He is a Certified Music Practitioner, graduating from The Music for Healing and Transition Program, www.mhtp.org. Before working at the Cancer Institute Lloyd had the privilege of playing with the Florida Orchestra for 21 years as a section bassist. Several years ago Lloyd received his Performance and Teaching Diplomas from The Institute Francois Rabbath, one of the happiest moments of his life. Lloyd is indebted to Maestro Rabbath for his inspiration, guidance and support over the last 20+ years. Lloyd has also completed Bachelors and Masters Degrees from The University of Miami, studying with the highly respected Professor Dr. Lucas Drew. Lloyd is also deeply indebted to Dr. Drew for his kindness, dedication, impeccable musicianship and compassionate mentorship. Lloyd is married to Mary Grace Bronson having just celebrated their 33rd Anniversary. He is beyond deeply indebted to Mary Grace for her unwavering love and support in every moment. | |
