Forest Greenough

Next up on the ISB Center Stage, we proudly present Dr. Forest Greenough, Associate Professor of Music at Colorado State University. A past member of the ISB Board of Directors, he hosted the 2015 ISB Convention. Instrument and physical setup issues are unique to the double bass due to the many variables in size and shape for instrument and player. Developing the most physically advantageous and ergonomic relationship with your bass is not only important for musicianship, but also for long term physical health. Join Forest as he shares tips for building comprehensive shoulder and core strength to prevent injury. This is a free event open to all. Register now, space is limited!
