ISB Convention — Check-In Instructions for Dorman Hall

Checking Into Dorman Hall

• Address is 101 S Woodward Ave, Tallahassee, FL 32304
• Exterior doors are always locked, but the front desk will be staffed 24/7.
• There will be a prominent "Check In" flag located across from the Traditions Parking Garage. Go up the stairs and follow the directional signs to Dorman Hall. For handicap parking spaces, there is a small parking lot with handicap accessible spaces and service vehicle spaces off S Woodward Avenue across from the Traditions Parking garage. Please note, spaces are very limited in this lot.
• Knock on the door so a Dorman staffer can let you in.
• If a staffer does not let you in right away or if you are not at the front door, call 850-756-2327 for assistance.
• If arriving by car to check into Dorman Hall:
  • You can park your car by the curb on S. Woodward Ave. with lights flashing to offload your luggage (and instrument).
  • You can park across the street at the Traditions Way parking garage.
  • You can pull around to the back of the building and park temporarily in the service vehicle lot if space is available.
• ID required at check-in for all desks.
• Charge for lost access card is $30 and lost key is $35.

Checking Out Of Dorman Hall

• Put your linens into the linen bag provided and leave the bag in the room.
• Take a last look to make sure you haven't left anything behind.
• Stop by the front desk to check-out and return your access card and / or key before you leave to avoid replacement charge.
